How can I transfer a conversation on Zendesk Chat?

You can transfer a conversation to other representatives or departments. When doing this, consider the following:

• You can transfer a conversation to another department or a department in which you belong but are not the only representative within that department. If you send it to a department you are in, you will not receive the same interview again.
• Transferred conversations are added to the end of the request sequence.

Transfering a conversation to a representative or department

1. Select Invite Delegate/Transfer to Delegate or Transfer to Department from the Actions menu of the chat window.
    
2. Select a department or representative from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Transfer.
