Top Toolbar
The top toolbar is located at the very top of the agent interface. It includes tabs and icons where you can create new tickets, view existing ones, perform searches, and, if available, access channels like Chat and Talk. The top toolbar may also display icons for apps installed by your administrator.

Add: Click the button to quickly create a new ticket. Or hover to choose whether to create a new ticket, user, or organization, run a search, or view the five most recently viewed tickets. | |
Tabs: Each open ticket, organization, user, or search creates a tab. Click a tab to switch between items. Click the “X” to close a tab. | |
Search: Opens a search field and provides a link to advanced search. | |
Zendesk Products: Click here to view icons for other Zendesk apps connected to Zendesk Support. | |
Your Profile: Access your profile, help center, user feedback form, and keyboard shortcuts from here. |
