When you log in to Zendesk Support, you are presented with the Agent Dashboard. This interface consists of the following sections:
Sidebar = Located on the left side of the interface. It contains main features and navigation buttons.
Top Toolbar = Located at the top of the interface. Here, you can access other apps, open new tabs, switch between tickets, and perform searches.
Main Window = This is where most of your content is displayed.
